Got a piece of equipment with a BSPT port on it and I need to tie it into a JIC line, this a straight-through adapter or does it got some kind of angle to it?

Straight through, no angle. Both ends are male, one side is 1/2" JIC on a 3/4-16 UNF thread, the other is 1/2" BSPT on an R 1/2-14 thread. It sits inline between the two connections without any directional offset, so it'll work fine wherever you've got a clean straight run between those two thread standards.

So, this thing connects different threads, right? JIC to BSPT? Just wanna make sure I'm understanding it correctly before I order.

That's right. It's designed to connect a 1/2" Male JIC (3/4–16 UNF) fitting to a 1/2" Male BSPT (R 1/2–14) thread.

got a hose end that’s 1/2 male JIC, will this adapter screw right into a 1/2 male BSPT port?

Function-wise, it is a straight Adaptall adapter that bridges those two thread standards in one inline fitting. One side is 1/2 inch Male JIC with 3/4 to 16 UNF threads, and the other side is 1/2 inch Male BSPT with R 1/2 to 14 threads.
