trying to hook up a G 1/4-19 port to a 1/4-18 nptf line, is that what this fitting is for?

For bridging two different thread standards, this straight Adaptall fitting goes from a G 1/4 - 19 BSPP male on one end to a 1/4 - 18 NPTF male on the other.
