got a hose end that’s 9/16-18 JIC male, will this adapter mate up on that side?

On Side 1 it has a 9/16 - 18 UNF male JIC connection, sized 3/8 inch, so it matches that JIC thread callout on the adapter’s JIC side.

Got a line running G 3/8-19 BSPP on one end and JIC fittings on the other, this adapter bridge that gap without needing extra pieces in between?

That's what it's built for. One side is a 9/16-18 UNF male JIC and the other is a G 3/8-19 male BSPP, both at 3/8" sizing, so you get a direct male-to-male connection between those two thread standards in a single straight fitting. No extra unions or couplings needed.
