trying to swap a fitting out, what threads are on each end of this one?

On side one you have a 1-5/16 - 12 UN male JIC connection (listed as 1 inch). Side two is a G 3/4 - 14 male BSPP (listed as 3/4 inch), and it includes an O-ring on that BSPP side for sealing.

Got a system running G 3/4 BSPP ports and need to tie into a JIC line, this fitting work for that kind of hookup?

Yeah, that's exactly what this fitting is built for. One end is a 1-5/16-12 UN male JIC thread, the other is a G 3/4-14 male BSPP thread, so it bridges those two thread standards in a straight configuration. Both sides are male, so you'd need female-threaded ports or couplings on each end of your line. The BSPP side comes with an O-ring for a solid seal, which helps a lot in keeping things tight without over-torquing.
