trying to hook up a JIC line to a BSPP port and keep running into leakdown issues with other fittings. this one come with the o-ring already or do i gotta source that separate?

The o-ring comes included with the fitting. That's actually the whole point of the "C/W O'Ring" callout in the name. The BSPP side relies on that o-ring for face sealing, which is why BSPP connections tend to hold pressure better than thread-only seals when the fitting is spec'd correctly. You shouldn't need to source anything extra to get a leak-free connection on that end.

trying to hook a 3/8 jic hose up to a 1/2 bsp port. is this the right adapter?

For that mix of ends, it matches up as a straight stainless adapter with a 9/16-18 UNF male JIC on one side (3/8 size) and a G 1/2-14 male BSPP on the other side (1/2 size).
