Will this here fitting hold up to hydraulic pressures, or is it more for lower-pressure stuff?

Got a piece of equipment running BSPP ports but my hydraulic line ends in a JIC fitting, will this adapter bridge that gap straight across, or is there some other piece I'd need in between?

That's what this one's built for. One end is a 1/4" male JIC (7/16-20 UNF) and the other is a 1/4" male BSPP (G 1/4-19), so it goes male-to-male straight through with no additional pieces needed. The o-ring comes with it, which handles the seal on the BSPP side. Just a single inline adapter and you're connected.
