Both sides are 3/4 BSPP male, right? Just want to make sure before I go stickin it in the wrong spot on my manifold setup.

Correct on both counts. Each end carries a G 3/4-14 male BSPP thread, so the fitting works as a straight nipple connecting two female BSPP ports of the same size. No reducers or adapters needed as long as your ports match that spec.
