got two female BSPP ports i need to tie together, is this the right nipple or am i missin something?

For joining two female BSPP threaded components, this hex nipple fits the job since it is straight BSPP on both ends with G 1/2 - 14 male threads, and both sides are 1/2 inch.

Both ends on this are 1/2 inch BSPP male, right? Trying to connect two female BSPP ports and want to make sure I ain't ordering the wrong thing.

Correct on both counts. Each end carries a G 1/2 - 14 male BSPP thread, so it'll bridge two female BSPP ports without any adapters in between. That straight-through configuration is exactly what this nipple is built for.
