trying to tee off a line with L08 DIN tube ends, are all three ports on this one M14 x 1.5?

All three connections are DIN tube size L08 with M14 x 1.5 threads. Sides 1 and 2 are male, and side 3 is female.

All three sides on this tee are L08 sizing, that right? Just want to make sure before I go swapping anything out on the line.

Correct on all three. Sides 1 and 2 are male DIN tube connections, both M14 x 1.5 with L08 sizing. Side 3 is the female DIN tube connection, also M14 x 1.5 and L08. The sizing is consistent across the whole fitting, so no mismatches to worry about there.

What size wrench do I need for the side with the female DIN tube?

With a 17mm wrench flat, the side 3 (female DIN tube connection) is slightly larger than the other two sides.
