all three ports on this thing are M12 x 1.5 thread, does that mean i can run the same size DIN tube line into all of them without needing any reducers or adapters in between?

Correct on the thread size. All three connections are M12 x 1.5, and all three are sized at L06, so you won't need reducers or step-down adapters to match them up. Two of the ports are male DIN tube and the third is female DIN tube, so just keep that in mind when you're sorting out which end connects where in your line layout.

Will this tee work with standard M12 fittings, or does it need special connectors?

trying to tie three DIN tube lines together, is this tee all M12 x 1.5 or is one side different?

Across all three ports, the thread callout is M12 x 1.5. Two sides are male (M12 x 1.5 M) and the third side is female (M12 x 1.5 F), all for DIN tube connections in size L06.
