Correct on both counts. Side one is a male M24 x 1.5 DIN tube connection at S16, and side two is a female M24 x 1.5 DIN tube connection, also at S16. Same thread spec and size on each end, so you're working with a matched male-to-female DIN configuration throughout.

trying to swap out a 90 degree swivel on my hydraulic line, is this one M24 x 1.5 on both ends or am I reading that wrong

Both sides are M24 x 1.5 DIN tube connections. Side 1 is male S16 and side 2 is female S16, so it is a matched M24 x 1.5 M to M24 x 1.5 F swivel elbow.
