trying to step down from an M26 x 1.5 DIN tube end to M18 x 1.5, is this the right reducer?

For a straight inline reduction between those two DIN tube thread callouts, it matches that setup: female DIN tube M26 x 1.5 (size L18) on one side to male DIN tube M18 x 1.5 (size L12) on the other.

what's the thread size on each end of this reducer? trying to figure out if it'll bridge the gap between my existing lines before I go ordering anything

The larger female end runs M26 x 1.5 with an L18 tube size, and the smaller male end is M18 x 1.5 with an L12 tube size. Both sides are DIN tube connections, so as long as your existing lines match up to those specs, you're good to go. Overall length comes in at 29mm on the female side and 34.5mm on the male side, which is worth checking against your available space before ordering.
