Both sides are M14 x 1.5 female DIN tube connections, right? Just want to make sure I ain't got a mixed fitting situation before I go swapping this in.

Correct on both counts. Each end is an M14 x 1.5 female DIN tube connection sized at L08, so you've got a true symmetrical union. No adapter needed on either side as long as your existing tube ends match that thread and size spec.

Both sides are M14 x 1.5 female DIN tube connections, and it is sized L08 on each end, so it is meant to join two matching DIN tube ends straight through.
