What size wrench do I need for these tees?

You'll need a 37mm wrench to tighten these fittings properly.

All three ports on this thing are the same size and thread, right? Just want to make sure before I order it for a branching line I'm putting together.

All three ports are identical. Each one runs M36 x 2.0 male threading with an S25 size designation and DIN tube connections across the board. So if you're splitting a line into two directions and need everything to match up without adapters in between, this fits that application cleanly. The symmetrical layout is part of what makes it useful for branching tube runs.
