fitting's got an L10 DIN side and a 22mm metric side -- just want to make sure I'm reading that right before I order. these two connections on the same straight body?

That's right. One end is the DIN tube connection, size L10 with an M16 x 1.5 thread, and the other end is a 22mm metric connection with an M22 x 1.5 thread. Both are male, both on a straight stainless body. No angle, no offset, just a clean inline adapter between those two connection types.

trying to match up a stainless straight adaptall, one side din tube L10 and the other side metric 22mm. is that what SS5068L-10-22 is?

Match it by the thread callouts and connection types. SS5068L-10-22 is a straight stainless Adaptall fitting with a DIN tube connection on Side 1 in size L10 with an M16 x 1.5 male, and a metric connection on Side 2 that is 22 mm with an M22 x 1.5 male.
