Got a piece of equipment running M30 x 2.0 DIN tube fittings on one end and a 3/4 NPT port on the other, this adapter bridge that gap straight through?

That's what it does. One side is an M30 x 2.0 male DIN tube fitting at an L22 size, and the other terminates in a 3/4-14 NPTF male thread. Straight configuration, no angle, so it runs inline between those two connection types without any offset. The overall length comes in at 41mm, so factor that into your clearance before you torque it down.
