got a system running BSPP fittings and need to tie into a DIN tube line, this a straight adapter or does it have some kind of offset to it?

Straight through, no offset. One end threads into your BSPP port at 3/8" with a G 3/8-19 callout, and the other end connects to a DIN tube at M18 x 1.5 with an L12 size designation. If your lines are already routed and you just need a clean inline connection between those two standards, this fits that job without any angular correction.
