Both ends are M26 x 1.5 with that L18 DIN tube interface, right? Just want to make sure before I order a couple of these for an inline splice on matching tube runs.

Correct on both counts. Each side carries the same M26 x 1.5 thread and L18 DIN tube interface, so the union is fully symmetric. That makes it a straightforward inline connector when you're joining two tube ends of the same size without any adapter in between.
