got a DIN tube fitting that’s M18 x 1.5 on one end and a G 3/8-19 BSPP port on the other. is this the straight adapter for that?

For matching those thread standards, this adapter is set up exactly that way. One side is a male DIN tube fitting with M18 x 1.5 threads, and the other side is a male BSPP with a G 3/8-19 thread, in a straight body.

Got a machine running DIN tube fittings on one end and BSPP ports on the other, does this fitting bridge those two without needing extra adapters in between?

Yeah, that's exactly what it's built for. One side threads into an M18 x 1.5 DIN tube fitting, and the other side is a male BSPP port at G 3/8-19. One fitting, one connection, no stacking required.
