what's the difference between the A-part and the B-part on these cam and groove couplings? trying to figure out which one I actually need before I order

Cam and groove couplings come in two halves that work together. The A-part is the male adapter end, and it mates with a B-part, which is the female coupler half. You need both sides to make a complete connection. If the other half of your setup already has a B-part in place, then this stainless A-part is what you're looking for to complete it.
