What size are the threads on this swivel? I need to make sure it'll match up to my existing setup.

This 90-degree elbow swivel fitting has M12 x 1.5 DIN tube connections on both sides. One side is male, the other female.

Both sides are M12 x 1.5 DIN tube, so one end's male and the other's female, that right?

Correct on both counts. Side 1 is male and Side 2 is female, and both carry the same M12 x 1.5 DIN tube thread. That male-female setup lets it thread directly into a matching female DIN port on one end while accepting a male DIN connection on the other, so you're not dealing with any adapter in between.
