hose is rated up to 2600 psi, but what's the temp range on it? got petroleum fluid running through and want to make sure it holds up in the heat

Petroleum-based fluids fall right in line with what this hose is built for. The operating range runs from -40°F up to 212°F, so standard hydraulic fluid temps in most working environments won't push it past its limits. Just keep your system from running sustained temps above that 212°F ceiling and you're in good shape.

got a tight spot to route hose, how sharp can this -6 line bend without kinkin it

For routing, the minimum bend radius on this 0.38 inch ID (-6) single wire braid hose is 2.48 inches. Staying at or above that bend radius helps keep it from kinking and protects the reinforcement.

got a -6 line i’m swapping out. is this hose actually 3/8 ID and what’s the OD on it?

For sizing, the hose I.D. is 0.38 inch (dash size -6) and the hose O.D. is 0.61 inch, so it matches a 3/8 inch ID line and gives you the outside diameter for routing and clamps.
