got a 4 inch coolant line i need to replace. is this hose actually 4" inside and how long is it?

The inside diameter is 4.00 inches, the outside diameter is 4.39 inches, and the hose length is 36 inches.

What's the temp range on this hose? We run equipment through some real cold winters and hot summers both, and I need something that ain't gonna crack or swell up on me.
