What kind of pressure can this hose handle before it blows?

This silicone hose has a burst pressure rating of 275 psi, so it's pretty stout.

Running a heavy-duty cooling system on a Class 8 and need to know if this hose can handle the temps we see on long hauls, gets pretty hot under that hood. What's the actual operating range on this thing?

Continuous operating range runs from -65°F all the way up to 350°F, so it holds up through extreme heat and cold without degrading. The 4-ply silicone construction reinforced with polyester fabric is what keeps it stable across that range. For long-haul trucks running hard in high-heat conditions, that thermal tolerance is more than sufficient to maintain a reliable seal and keep flow consistent.
