got a tractor with a 2-bolt SAE A mount and a 3/4 keyed shaft, is this pump the right fit or am i missing something

It matches a 2-bolt SAE A mounting flange and a 3/4 straight keyed shaft that is 1-1/4 inch long. Porting is side inlet SAE-16 and side outlet SAE-10, and the unit is set up for clockwise rotation, so those details need to line up with what you are replacing.

pump says CW rotation on it -- can that actually be flipped if my setup needs to run the other way?

Rotation can be reversed without needing any extra parts. You open the pump, swap the drive gear and idler gear, reposition the plug, and reassemble. The wear plate is built to make that changeover straightforward. So if your system runs counterclockwise, this pump can be reconfigured to match.

Reckon this pump will work on my tractor for running a hydraulic motor?

This Series 26 gear pump is used in tractors and harvesters, so it should work for running a hydraulic motor. Just be sure the specs match what your tractor requires, like the 1.02 cubic inches per revolution displacement and the 3000 PSI pressure rating.
