pump says CW rotation, can that be switched around if I end up needing it to run the other way?

Reversing the rotation is possible without sourcing any extra parts. You open the pump, swap the drive gear and idler gear, reposition the plug, and reassemble. The wear plate design is set up specifically to make that kind of change straightforward. Keep in mind the inlet and outlet ports will also shift when you reverse direction, so plan your hydraulic connections accordingly before you commit to a configuration.

got a tractor setup that needs a clockwise pump, is this one CW and can it be swapped later if i end up needing the other direction?

Clockwise rotation is how it ships, and the direction can be reversed in the field by reconfiguring internal parts. The process is to open the pump, swap the drive and idler gears, reposition the plug, then reassemble, and it does not require extra parts.
