Will this gear pump bolt right up to anything that uses a standard 2-bolt SAE A flange?

Yes, this Series 26 gear pump uses the common 2-bolt SAE A mounting flange, so it should fit any application designed for that standard. The 9-tooth SAE A splined shaft also needs to be compatible with your setup.
