valve's rated to 4600 PSI but what's the limit on the return port? got a back pressure situation i'm trying to work around

The outlet port T on this valve tops out at 360 PSI back pressure. Keep your return line conditions under that threshold and you should be fine. Exceeding it could affect valve performance and potentially cause seal issues over time.

What kind of hydraulic fluid does this valve like best?

Performance data was measured using mineral oil with a viscosity of 215 SSU at 104°F, so that's what Walvoil recommends.
