Got a 1-inch NPT line running through a pretty wet environment and corrosion has been eating through our current valves. This stainless steel one gonna hold up better?

Stainless steel construction is exactly what you want in a wet or moisture-heavy environment. The body on this valve is built to resist corrosion, so it handles conditions that would chew through brass or carbon steel fittings in short order. If aggressive media or constant moisture exposure has been the problem, this is a solid step up from whatever you're replacing.

got a 1 inch npt line already, will this valve thread right in or am i gonna need adapters

With 1 inch NPT threaded end connections, it’s meant to screw directly into a 1 inch NPT process line using standard NPT fittings.
