This thing listed as working in high-pressure and high-flow setups both, is that actually the case, or is it more suited to one over the other?

Schroeder built the Excellement to handle both ends of that spectrum. High-pressure and high-flow environments are both within its design scope, so you're not having to pick one or the other. It's meant to hold up in demanding conditions across the board, which is part of why it gets used in a pretty wide range of industrial hydraulic systems.
