Just want to make sure this will plug up a SAE -12 port like it's supposed to? Don't want no leaks!

That's right, this SAE -12 plug is made to seal off unused inlet ports that have an SAE -12 opening. It'll give you a nice, tight, leak-free seal in those situations.
