got a machine running hydraulic fluid and fuel lines both, this hose handle either one or does it need to be a different line for each?

Same hose works for both. The 2651-4 is rated for hydraulic fluid, gasoline, fuel, and lubricating oils, so running it across both applications on the same machine is well within what it's built for. The inner tube is synthetic rubber and the construction holds up to those fluids without needing separate lines for each.

trying to replace a -4 hose on an old setup. is this one actually 0.19 inch inside and good for 3000 psi?

It’s a -4 dash hose with a 0.19 inch inner diameter. On pressure, it’s rated up to 3000 PSI max operating pressure.
