At 200°F you're still inside the rated range. This hose handles temperatures from -40°F up to 212°F, so you've got a small but workable buffer above what you're describing. Just keep in mind that fuel and lubricating oil are listed applications, so the construction is suited for that kind of service. The synthetic rubber tube and chloroprene cover hold up well through those temperature swings without breaking down the way cheaper hose materials tend to.
