got a -6 hose i’m trying to reuse, will this S-1306 top assembly match up with it?

It matches a -6 hose, which is a 0.375 inch compatible hose ID. The hose end on this top assembly is a 9/16-18 JIC 37 degree female, so it is meant to mate with the corresponding JIC 37 male flare.
