trying to match up an old hose end, is this one a -4 with a male NPTF pipe thread?

For replacement matching, it is a -4 hose dash size fitting assembly with a male NPTF end connection. The pipe end is listed as MPT with a 0.25 end size.

What's this fitting made out of, and is it gonna hold up in wet or high-moisture environments?

Stainless steel construction with Dura-Kote plating gives it solid corrosion resistance, so wet or humid conditions aren't going to be a problem for this one. The Dura-Kote finish is specifically there to handle environments where standard plating would start breaking down faster.
