Will this valve hold up if I'm running it pretty much non-stop?

got a machine that needs a screw-in relief, what pressure range does this one cover and where’s it set from the factory

From a setup standpoint, the adjustment range is 500 to 3000 PSI and this one is set at 2200 PSI. It uses a screw adjustment so you can dial it within that range as needed.

runs at 2200 psi out of the box or do i need to set that myself before putting it in service?

It comes factory set at 2200 PSI, so you can install it and run it without having to dial it in from scratch. That said, the screw adjustment lets you move the set point anywhere between 500 and 3000 PSI if your system calls for something different. Just keep in mind that anything above 3000 PSI requires a steel housing, so plan accordingly before pushing it past that threshold.
