Is there supposed to be a housing included with this valve?

Nope, this is just the cartridge valve itself. You'll need to order the housing separately, and make sure it's a C-10-2 cavity size.

Does this valve come with a housing, or is that something I gotta source separate?

The cartridge is sold on its own, no housing included. You'll need a machined cavity or housing to install it. The cavity size you're looking for is C-10-2, which is sold separately. Worth knowing before you order so you're not waiting on parts when it's time to put it in.
