runs pretty much all day long on our refuse trucks, will this valve hold up to that kind of continuous use without needing constant attention?

It handles up to 30 GPM and carries a 5000 PSI maximum operating pressure rating, so the headroom is there for heavy daily cycles. got a C-10-2 cavity block already, will this RV5-10 cartridge screw right in or am i missing something

It is a screw-in cartridge made for a C-10-2 cavity, and it uses a 2 port cartridge layout. It is sold as the cartridge only, so you still need the correct C-10-2 housing or machined cavity to install it.
