got a cavity block already, what cavity does this RV5-10 cartridge need to screw into?

For installation, it uses cavity size C-10-2 and it is a screw-in cartridge style valve. The cartridge and the housing or cavity block are sold separately, and it is a 2 port valve.

got a C-10-2 cavity block already. will this RV5-10 cartridge screw right in, or am i missing some special housing?

It’s a screw-in cartridge made for the C-10-2 cavity size. Keep in mind it is cartridge-only, so you still need a machined cavity or a separate housing to install it, and the housing itself is sold separately.

For this RV5-10 series valve, you'll need a C-10-2 size cavity.
