What's the pressure range on this relief valve?

The adjustable range for this relief valve is 250 to 3500 PSI, adjusted via a screw.

running this on a refuse hauler setup, does the pressure adjustment actually go low enough to start at 250 PSI or is that just the bottom of the range on paper?

250 PSI is the true bottom of the adjustment range, not just a spec floor. The screw adjustment lets you dial in anywhere from 250 up to 3500 PSI, so for refuse hauler circuits that need lower working pressures, you have real room to tune it without fighting the valve. Keep in mind the minimum working pressure is 17 PSI, so as long as your system stays above that, the valve will function as intended across that full range.
