What kinda space do I need to work with this cylinder? I'm in a pretty tight spot.

It'll fit in spaces with as little as 1 5/8 inches of clearance. When extended, it reaches 2.813 inches.

clearance on this thing is real tight where I need to use it -- we're talkin maybe an inch and three quarters of space. that gonna be enough room to get this cylinder in and workin?

At its collapsed height, this cylinder sits at 1 and 5/8 inches minimum clearance, with an extended height of 2.813 inches. So if you've got an inch and three quarters to start, you're right at the edge of the working range but technically within spec. The angled coupler that ships standard with it helps too, since it's positioned to give you a little extra room in tight spots rather than sticking straight out into your already limited clearance.
