Part number on my old seal kit is 639574, that the same thing y'all got listed here as the RK25L-125?

Same part, different number. The SKU here is RK25L-125, but 639574 is the Monarch Industries supplier part number, and C1DK14 is another alternate that cross-references to the same kit. Any of those three will get you to the right product.

got a Monarch unit that calls out part 639574, is this the right seal kit or am i chasing the wrong number

For replacement ID, the solid match point is the supplier part number. This seal kit is Monarch Industries part 639574, and it also crosses to alternate number C1DK14.

This seal kit is designed as a direct replacement for Monarch units using the 639574 seal kit, so you shouldn't need to do any modifying.
