got a busted fitting on my truck's A/C line and the hose measures out to a -06. this the right part to make that repair reusable instead of replacing the whole line?

For a -06 hose, this fitting is sized correctly on the hose end. It's a reusable design, so instead of cutting and replacing the whole assembly, you can remove the old fitting and reinstall this one on the existing hose. The connection on the port side is a -06 female O-ring pilot, so make sure the mating port on your system uses that same thread and sealing style. The 90-degree elbow configuration also helps when you're working in a tight engine bay where a straight fitting just won't route cleanly.

trying to replace an old aeroquip fitting, is C1GC42 the same thing as FBE1732 or did i get my numbers crossed
