What size threads does this thing have?

Got a reservoir with no interior access and walls thick enough to tap, will this unit thread straight in from the outside without needing to get inside the tank?

Front mount styles like this one are built for exactly that situation. As long as the tank wall is thick enough to tap, you can install it entirely from the exterior. There's also a 1/16 inch alignment adjustment built in, so if the fit isn't perfectly flush right off the bat, you've got a little room to work with. No interior access needed.
