got a cylinder that’s starting to weep a little, is this kit meant to fix leaks or is it more of a general rebuild deal

For ENERPAC hydraulic cylinders, this kit is meant to restore the sealing surfaces by replacing seals so you can stop leaks and get the cylinder back to proper operation.

RC15K1 is the part number I got off my old cylinder, that the same one as this kit here?
