What’s the highest water temperature this hose can handle without damage?

got a pump that tops out around 65 psi, is this blue layflat hose gonna be ok at that pressure

With a maximum working pressure of 70 PSI, running it at about 65 PSI stays within its rated working limit.

What kind of fittings hook up to this hose, and do I need anything special to attach em?

Shank type fittings in aluminum, malleable iron, or brass all work fine, and so do Cam and Groove fittings in aluminum or polypropylene. Either way, you'll want preformed clamps to secure them. No exotic hardware required, just the right clamp for whichever fitting style you're running.
