For hookup, you simply push the tubing into the fitting for the connection. No tools are required, and it seals with a Buna-N O-ring. To disconnect, depress the collet ring and pull the tube back out, which also makes it reusable.

Pressure rating on these push-connect fittings does vary by tube size, so 250 psi is the upper ceiling across the product line rather than a guaranteed rating for every size.
