Just wanna make sure this fitting will work on a standard power steering hose?

This fitting uses a 1/2 x 20NF thread, which is a pretty common size for power steering hoses. It should work if your hose assembly needs a male threaded swivel end of that size.

got a power steering hose im fixing up, is this the kind with the swivel male end so it can spin while you tighten it?

For power steering line connections, the male swivel setup lets the fitting rotate during installation, so you can tighten it without twisting the hose. That helps a lot when the routing is tight or awkward.
