What size hose will this clamp fit?

With a 1.75 inch inner diameter, this preformed band clamp works best on hoses or fittings of that same size.

clamp says 1.75 inch ID, is that the size of the hose it fits around or something else?

That measurement refers to the inside diameter of the clamp itself, which should match the outside diameter of the hose or bundle you're securing. So you'd want your hose's outer diameter to be close to 1.75 inches for a proper fit.

got a hose that measures right at 1-3/4 on the inside, is that what this clamp size is meant for?
