does the pump and cart come included with this, or is the jack module something you buy separate from all that?

The pump and cart module comes with everything needed to connect to a jack module, including the hydraulic pump, cart, remote control, and all hoses and fittings. The jack module itself is part of the unit. Extra jack modules can be purchased separately if you need to cover different lifting heights or tonnage requirements down the road.
